What is the video about the girl who rants about slutty girls?

There’s a video I saw of this teenage girl making fun of girls who act slutty.
I don’t really know how to describe it except the girl has dark skin, wears a really big t-shirt, and draws lipstick all over her face.
Anybody know what I mean?
